Orders and Shipping
Production times vary depending on the product but typically take 5–7 business days. Shipping generally adds another week, so most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

We only store credit card details if you choose to save them for future purchases. Your payment information will never be stored without your consent.
Since we are located in Delaware, we do not charge sales tax. However, orders shipped outside of Delaware may be subject to taxes or duties as required by local regulations.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.
Orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on the size and quantity of the blinds. We do our best to minimize packaging while ensuring safe delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, working condition to qualify for a refund.
Please contact customer service within 30 days of delivery and provide photos of the item received so we can quickly resolve the issue.
If your order was damaged in transit, please email customer service within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid return label to print and attach to your package.
